Enrollment Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: If enrollment is canceled 48 hours or more before the first day of class, EXCEL will refund your payment(s), less a $25 cancellation fee. If enrollment is canceled within 48 hours, the fee is $40. No refund will be issued if the student fails to show up for class.

Deposit: $125 is required at the time of registration. If enrolling online, please mail your payment to the address listed below after submitting the online registration form. The deposit will be applied to the total fee of $435 and the balance is due the first day of class. There is a $25 returned check fee.

Parent/Guardian Approval: I hereby consent for my son/daughter/guardian to be enrolled in the EXCEL Driving Instruction, Inc. course. I am aware that this course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and six (6) hours of in-car instruction in a dual-control equipped vehicle. Classroom instruction and driving times are separate and drives should be completed within 90 days from the start of the classroom instruction. I am also aware that there is a $20 assessment for missed drive times if the office is not notified within 24 hours of the scheduled drive.
