Enrollment Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Excel Driving Instruction, Inc. will not refund any fee, tuition or charge, or any part thereof should the school be ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of the contract. Excel Driving Instruction, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at its sole discretion.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of behind-the-wheel driving instruction must be done 24-hours in advance, or a $20 fee will be assessed. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to the final driving session. If a student fails to have their permit available for any driving session, the session is an automatic late cancellation resulting in a $20 fee assessment.

Deposit: $435 tuition is required at the time of enrollment. There is a $25 returned check fee.

Parent/Guardian Approval: I hereby consent for my son/daughter/guardian to be enrolled in the EXCEL Driving Instruction, Inc. course. I am aware that is course includes an online course, 4 hours simulation instruction and 5 hours of behind-the-wheel driving in a dual-control equipped vehicle. The online course is to be completed within 60 days and the driving portion 120 days from the enrollment date.
